ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of competence on employee performance, analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance, analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the influence of work motivation on performance, and analyze the influence of competence, work environment, discipline and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. This study employs an inferential statistical approach and is quantitative in nature. There are 65 individuals living there. The saturated sample approach was used to calculate the sample size, resulting in 65 individuals receiving samples. Multiple regression analysis is used in data analysis. The validity and reliability of the instrument are demonstrated by validation and reliability testing. The model also satisfies the standards of traditional econometrics. The findings of the study demonstrate that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the variables of competency, work environment, work discipline, and motivation. Similarly, employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the independent variable at the same time. Employees should receive special attention from the organisation to improve their performance, particularly their work discipline; competency and favourable working conditions should be maximised to achieve optimal employee performance; and motivation should always be given to maintain and enhance good motivation.
