ABSTRACT:- Public administration, which is an aspect of a more generic concept of administration, and that exists in a political system for the accomplishment of goals, and objectives formulated by the political decision makers, consists of the activities of the executive branches of the national, state and local governments. All these constitute the subject-matter of this study.
